John 20:23
23 Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained.

This article is written to reach the mind and hearts of church leaders (Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers), but it is also relevant for all members in the body of Christ.

As the body of Christ begins to walk in greater authority, greater anointing and greater power, it must not forget that love and forgiveness are essential for sustained favor and blessings. It is very easy to get caught up in the advancement of the kingdom of God, its signs and wonders, its accurate and timely prophetic words and utterances. But being focused on these wonderful things can sometimes blind us of the fundamentals of Christianity - love and forgiveness. Walking in love and forgiveness are the key elements to the anointing, favor, wisdom and blessings of God.

Church leaders can become calloused and hard when being taken to higher levels in the things of the kingdom of God. Aggravation and frustration that church leaders may have for members in the body can be a hindrance to the anointing. An unforgiving heart and anger can not only place a yoke of bondage on church leaders themselves, but also on those that the anger and unforgiveness is geared for.

Proverbs 18:21
21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

It is the power of our words that have the ability to lift up, or cast down. Church leadership must always keep in mind that their main objective is to lift up those that have been weighed down. Constant beating and bashing of church members is not productive for Christian maturity. Of course, chastisement comes through the Word of God. But involving the human emotions to the point where jealousy and unforgiveness may be generated is not excusable. Church leaders most know that their words carry more weight than the words of anyone else because they hold an office of authority. Aggravation, anger and unforgiveness from the roles of authority in the church can indeed place a curse on those in which the lashing out is for, as well as cut off the blessings that were in store for the church leaders.

There are nine evident affects of this type of church abuse:

1) Individuals find it difficult to receive impartation - These individuals find it hard to hear from God and advance in the things of God. Harsh words can paralyze individuals to the point where their emotion and longing for God is shattered and they become couch potatoes in churches and no longer have the desire to grow.

2) Outsider feeling - Church abuse can make an individual feel like he or she is not part of the body of Christ and that he or she is all alone.

3) Feared loss of salvation - Church abuse can make an individual question whether or not they are saved. He or she may feel that if the leaders of the church are constantly reprimanding them, then there must be something wrong with them, creating a sense of condemnation.

4) Gifted person operating in deception - A gifted person is the most dangerous person if they are operating without the heart of God (operating with love, compassion and forgiveness). Witchcraft begins to work in the circle of intercessors, giving them controlling spirits, spirits of jealousy, envy, greed and pride.

5) Evil soul ties with a former church - Constant bickering and complaining about a former church or its leadership is the end result of an unhealthy relationship between church leadership and its flock. The bickering and complaining turns into curses in the spirit realm, which conjure up a spirit of unforgiveness, which blocks the flow of blessings into that individual’s life.

6) Back-sliding spirit - Church abuse is evident when church leadership hates other churches and tells their members that if they leave, they are headed straight to hell. It is amazing how many individuals are held in bondage by such nonsense. Unfortunately, this continues to go on in churches because of a serious lack of understanding of the Word of God. So in essence, a person that is held under this type of bondage begins to feel that if going to hell is the end result of joining another church, then he or she might as well have a good time by diving back into the lusts of the world. Again, this is evidence of witchcraft and mind-control.

7) Hard time making decisions in personal life - A person who is the subject of church abuse will find it difficult to make his or her own decisions because they have become accustomed to the church making decisions for them. The church begins to make the decisions instead of decisions being aided by the Spirit of God. This is yet another instance of witchcraft.

Wandering spirit - Church abuse may cause an individual who has left the church to be uncomfortable with any churches they may visit or may be led to join. The thoughts of past church abuses can keep on popping up in the mind of an individual, making them hesitant to submit to another church leadership.

9) Loss of spiritual or natural identity - Church abuse erases an individual’s identity and places its own stamp on them. This is nothing more than modern day communism - the act of erasing personal traits and characteristics in order to masquerade them with the image of the church leaders. Once again, this is witchcraft.

Do not fall victim of church abuse. More importantly, do not find yourself in a church office or role of authority, perverting your authority and abusing the members. Church abuse is a common phenomenon and can only be discerned spiritually. Use wisdom when approaching church leaders if you sense church abuse. Always be in a place of prayer and seeking God for the divine appointed time. Always pray for church leadership also.

Church leaders, remain humble and broken on the Rock, who is Christ Jesus. Staying in a place of love and forgiveness will not allow the ugly head of church abuse to appear.

While there are genuine debates about whether privatized health insurance or nationalized health insurance policies make more sense, there can be little doubt that guarantee issue policies represent the most immoral type of hybrid between the two. The argument that everyone should be covered by health insurance is an argument for a nationalized health care policy. By contrast, believers in privatized health insurance argue that a private system yields more efficient pricing and cost controls in the health care field. But with guarantee issue health insurance policies, an immoral situation is created that undermines the benefits of a privatized system by poorly and immorally implementing some of the edicts of a nationalized system.

Canada has a nationalized health care policy that many in the U.S. wish to emulate. While the idea of promising health care benefits to all citizens is appealing, there are downsides. For example, many in Canada are forced into long waiting lines to receive health care treatment. In fact, the Canadian courts just ruled that many laws which barred citizens from seeking alternative health insurance options were unconstitutional. If the health care system in Canada were capable of serving all citizens in a timely manner, there would be no need to seek alternate routes. The Canadian courts were correct to view laws limiting how people can spend their own money for their own health benefits as inconsistent with their fundamental freedoms. But barring those attempts by legislators to enforce a monopoly on nationalized health insurance, the premise of taxpayers supporting a nationalized health care system makes sense from an ethical point of view. In such a system all taxpayers are subject to the same benefits and burdens with respect to their existing tax structures.

Similarly, a privatized health insurance system like that in place in the United States makes sense from an ethical standpoint. While it can lead to tragedies where uninsured people contract illnesses and cannot pay for medical treatment, it treats people in a fundamentally fair manner. Everyone is free to make their own decisions, and pay or suffer the potential consequences. Those who wish to spend money to guarantee funds are available in case of medical emergencies are free to do so, and at a price that falls within their statistical risks.

But guarantee issue laws for health insurance companies are fundamentally unfair. They punish those who are willing to pay for insurance by saddling them with costs far beyond what they should owe statistically, or what they should owe in a nationalized system. Health insurance rates in guarantee issue states like New York and New Jersey are around 3 to 4 times what they are in other states. Is it fair for a consumer in New Jersey to pay three times as much for the same health insurance as they would in another state? Of course it isn’t. These consumers have been unfairly placed into a statistical pool that isn’t representative of their health care needs, and forced to pay far more for health insurance than their situation dictates. And they are forced into this situation precisely because lawmakers have chosen a terrible hybrid model that removes any pretense of fairness in pricing that exist in the more natural nationalized and privatized models.

As more and more people in the guarantee issue states become unable to afford health insurance, those states will be forced to answer for the fact that their policies have made them leaders in the numbers of uninsured. A new law called the Health Care Choice Act is being proposed to allow residents of one state to purchase health insurance from another. While legislators in guarantee issue states will oppose such laws, they’ll have a hard time pretending they’re doing so on behalf of their constituents who are actually paying for health insurance.

Making a scented jar candle as a hobby is something that you can easily do at home. Once your friends and family see the scented candles that you create, they will put in requests for specific colors and scents. Pretty soon you can have a profitable homebased business making and selling each scented jar candle that you make. You can use an aromatherapy oil for your scented jar candle and have one in your home for all different kinds of healing properties.

To make a scented jar candle, there are different sizes of jars that you can use. Try a frosted glass jar or a simple plain jar. You can also decorate the outside of the scented jar candles with pictures, sayings, name and dates to personalize the candles. There are various kinds of jars that you can buy for your scented candles, some of which look like jars of homemade jam. You can also get an aromatherapy jar candle that looks like a mug. With this type of candle jar, once the candle is completely burned out, you can wash out the jar and use it as a mug.

If you want to make a scented jar candle, you don’t have to go to the extra expense of buying special jars. It doesn’t matter what kind of jar you use, so you have endless options when it comes to making scented jar candles. It is the candle that is scented and not the jar, which means that just about any kind of glass container will do. You can even use drinking glasses if you wish. One option is to ask your friends and neighbours to save glass bottles for you. Baby food bottles may delightful little containers for scented candles. By using these smaller jars you can have an aromatherapy jar candle to give as samples, if you decide to start your own business.

Using glass bottles that would otherwise go into the trash as containers for scented jar candles is a great way to help the environment. Before you do use this type of jar for your scented jar candle, you do need to wash it thoroughly. Sometimes you may have difficulty getting the label off, but if you intend to apply your own label to the aromatherapy jar candle, it won’t matter if you don’t get off all the glue. However, you shouldn’t apply the new label to the jar for the scented candle until after the candle has set completely. The heat from the melted wax will cause the label to fall off.

When you create your own scented jar candle, you can also paint the jar in any pattern or in any color you wish. If you want, you can paint the jar and leave the candle white. Flat house paint will easily cover the jars you use for the scented jar candles, but you may need to apply three coats. This does take a lot longer to get the scented jar candle you want, but once you see the results, it will be well worth the extra effort.

A lot of times when I am reading people on the site I notice
people talking about having a “bad reading.” By that they
usually mean that the psychic pulled a so-called “bad” cards,
such as the Devil, The Tower of the Ten of Swords, in answer to
their question. First of all, you need to realize that there is
no such thing as a “bad” reading. Usually “bad” means that the
reader pulled cards that don’t agree with your idea of what the
desired answer to your question should be. Many of the “bad”
cards are cards that indicate change. Most people fear or resist
change as we all have a basic fear of the unknown. There are a
few cards in the Tarot that I know put the fear of God into
trembling clients. These are the Tower, The Devil card, the Ace
of Swords, the Ten of Swords and the Nine of Swords. Of them
all, possibly the worst one, in terms of sheer bad luck is the
Ten of Swords, which can indicate cruelty from another person.
The Ten of Swords usually indicates that a strange twist of fate
as well as the wresting of control of your life into another’s
hands. The Nine of Swords, on the other hand, indicates an
emotional anguish that may be perpetrated by the questioner. In
other words you may be doing it to yourself by holding on to a
drama or an emotional drama from the past. In some ways that
card is actually lucky as it shows that you hold the key to your
own psychological prison and have the power to let yourself out.
When I see the Nine of Swords in a reading, I know there is
still hope for the individual to regain control over his or her
life. It usual indicates that the person is willingly
relinquishing or giving control to someone else. This is much
different than the Ten of Swords indicates that the questioner
is truly more helpless, may be suffering a genuine loss or is
the victim of genuine cruelty. Saturn, the planet of discipline
and limitations, rules the Ace of Swords. Although this card can
represent a loss, it is also a card that bodes the swift, just
and righteous conclusion of a matter. There is not usually great
suffering along with the Ace of Swords although the changes it
can bring can be a bit of a shock to the nervous system of the
questioner. This card also has a positive twist to in the sense
that it can mean that you have paid a huge debt to your Bank of
Karma. Ultimately, the Ace of Swords represents a change. For
better or worse, this change is usually the right one for you.
The Devil card does not always bode gloom and doom. Sometimes it
means fun and games. It represents the most playful part of
human nature. It represents all Seven of the Deadly Sins. If you
don’t like food, sex and material things, then you might
definitely see the devil card as being bad. In a love reading it
can mean that a relationship will finally be consummated or the
beginning of an affair. It can also be seen as a good card in a
business reading as it can mean the signing of a contract. It
can also represent a manipulative move that is about to be made
that is actually to one’s advantage. As it is a card that
represents civilization and man’s triumph over nature (often
interpreted by many as God’s intentions), it bodes well for
creativity, innovation and invention. Also where the card is
positioned in the spread can have a great impact on the severity
of its meaning. For instance if you are asking about having an
affair with a married man and you pull the Devil card in the
immediate future, then that card would be good news for you.
However, if you were the wife asking, “is my husband cheating on
me” the answer would have more negative implications. If you
pull the Tower card, but positive cards surround it, it can mean
the collapse of a situation for the better. If the Tower card is
in the position that describes, “How others see you” you might
simply be a drama queen rather than facing any real trouble in
your life. This is why it is important not to jump conclusions
or react immediately if the psychic seems to pull a card that
has a reputation as a ‘bad card’. These cards are like clouds.
Many of them boast silver linings. Also, after getting a reading
it is important to remember that what you are hearing is not
necessarily “absolutely gospel.” The true purpose of Tarot is to
allow you to conceptualize the situation, so even if you get
“bad cards”, you have the opportunity to prepare for these
changes or even in some cases, completely avoid them. Ultimately
there is no such thing as a “bad” reading and if you fear the
outcome of a reading, there is really no point in torturing
yourself. Many people so fear the so-called “bad” Tarot cards to
the extent that they actually manifest them in the spread as the
psychic can attach to their hopes and fears. The best thing to
do is ask the question and then be prepared to be accountable
for your own reactions to the cards as the psychic is not
“liable” ethically or emotionally to suffer your displeasure or
anxiety. Asking a question of the Tarot, without fear, desire or
anxiety attached to the matter, is the best way to receive the
most accurate answer.

As rather specialised Asian antique collectors, over a very long period, we have managed to help form collections of really fine Japanese netsuke, inro, lacquer boxes, Chinese snuff bottles, pendants, jade and hard stone carvings.

One advantage of collecting in such specialised fields is that most people will not have any idea of what these things are. We believe that on the odd rare occasion when we might have some of these antiques at home, if the average burglar were to break in and find them, the chances are, that it would be the DVD machine, or the TV, that is more likely to be taken.

Another two advantages can be gained, by only buying the finest quality examples that is, providing one can afford to. The first benefit is that these are sure to increase in value, so much more than the average, or poorer pieces and one has far greater pleasure in owning them. It has been apparent over the years of collecting, that owning just one or two superb pieces has always been worth very much more, than having twenty, or more, indifferent ones. But the second advantage is that these, the finest antiques, are also well known amongst the more serious collectors and dealers, as well as by the better auction rooms.

So should a burglar grab any of these treasures and then try to sell them, especially the finer examples, the burglar would not find it so easy. For not only are all these pieces well documented and illustrated, but also serious dealers, collectors and auction houses all belong to (and have an international reporting system) where the word would soon be out. The Internet is so useful for the speed with which such information can be spread. As such unique important pieces are certain to be recognised eventually, the police would then have a valuable lead back to the culprit.

It is true that there are certain top quality antiques that are stolen to order; these then end up in secret collections where the owner dare not ever show them. This is very hard for the owner as one of the pleasures all collectors enjoy is being able to show what they have acquired to fellow collectors. But even if such stolen antiques end up somewhere like this, then although it might take very much longer, there will come a time when they will be discovered. It might not happen till the owner dies, but then what will any heirs do with such collections? If they try to sell any, then the chances of such stolen pieces being recognised still remains very high.

So it took me a minute after an epic adventure weekend but once I was home the first order of business was to see the new Ritchie film Rock N Rolla. After Revolver I was a bit concerned that maybe my boy guy was getting sucked into a different style trying to cast more American actors in his movies…after seeing his new one, I’m totally blown the away, the dialog is more epic and funny than any of his films to date, the big plot drag out and classic misleading explosions and twists of the storyline that I can never ever seem to predict keep me in a state of absolute bliss through the entire film. The odd cinematography and almost surreal but realistic backlit shots he can pull off are completely beyond me I adore his willingness to challenge what most think is supposed to happen in a film and still sticking to his “formula” the guy just shakes me up. Hopefully the whole Madonna break up deal doesn’t send him into a spin and mess with his head like it usually does with artists…anyway; IT’S THE BEST GUY RICHIE FILM TO DATE, AND A SEQUEL TO COME.
See it in the theatre!

The darkness was so dark
It was felt
The worst gross darkness
Is religious captivity
Soulish enslavery
And financial drudgery
For all bowed their knees to Rome
Until a German
A former Roman Catholic monk
Said, “No!”
And stood up to the religious hierarchy
Declaring truth boldly
In the midst of moral depravity
Such a stance
Could cost one his life
“Off with your head!”
“You cause heretical division and strife.”
For in that day
Only the pope was right
Yet Luther heard a word
That he could not shake
Saying, “The just shall live by faith!”
Therefore down with indulgences,

Penance and purgatory!
I need not go to a priest
To confess my sins.
For Jesus died on the cross
Once and for all
Mankind wins!
I can go to God myself
I can approach my Creator directly
No need for a mediator
Or one named Mary
My soul is free
No burden to carry
What Hitler did
Has come and gone
But the truths Luther established
They live on!
The truth keeps marching on
From generation to generation
The Spirit illuminating and confirming the Word
We the soldiers of the cross
Wielding the two-edged sword
The sword of the Spirit
All humanity shall hear it!
And so humanity benefits daily
From one man’s stance against heresy
Though he himself was branded a heretic,
A mad man, a drunk
Luther not only shook their religious boat
It he sunk!
And so a new gospel ship
Has been built for us
Though eternally of old
It does not whither, decay or rust
Forever saving those who believe and trust
Ever enduring is this gospel message
Availing fully for those who dare
Throwing aside every weight and care
What a joy it is in our day
When men like Luther can be found
To bring the blessings of heaven down
Yet a slow to hear society remains
Humanity’s deception and need is dire
To be moved upon and freshly inspired
With godly passion and fire!
For a new and living way has come
And with it, a new generation must arise and run!

At the trial a jury found Knolls had violated the ADEA because its layoff procedure had a disparate impact based on age. Knolls totaled those scores and gave the employees additional points based on their years of service. The United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit initially affirmed the jurys findings but after the United States Supreme Court asked it to reconsider the Second Circuit reversed itself and ruled in favor of Knolls. It then used those totals to decide who to lay off. For example it would not be illegal to consider criteria for a particular role in a movie that has a disparate impact on age if the part calls for someone of a particular age. Twenty-eight of those 23 employees sued under the ADEA claiming Knolls illegally fired them because of their age. As long as the adverse action is based on reasonable factors other than age. It has the burden to prove that its decision was based on a reasonable factor other than age. Specifically the jury found that although the plaintiffs did not prove that Knolls intentionally discriminated against them they did prove that Knolls method of deciding who to lay off disproportionately harmed older workers. The company had its supervisors rate their subordinates based on their performance flexibility and critical skills. The BFOQ defense states that it is not unlawful for an employer to take adverse employment actions otherwise prohibited by the ADEA where age is a bona fide occupational qualification reasonably necessary to the normal operation of the particular business. In that case Meacham versus Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory the Supreme Court interpreted a provision of the ADEA that permits an employer to take an adverse employment action against an employee. The Supreme Court has previously recognized that the employer has the burden to establish the BFOQ affirmative defense. Thirty of the 54 salaried employees the company laid off were at least 57 years old. The Supreme Court then agreed to hear the case and eventually reversed the Second Circuit and reinstated the jurys finding that Knolls policy unlawfully discriminated because of age. A lawyer from Baarn won from a lawfirm in Hoover Alabama In reaching its conclusion that the employer has the burden to prove the reasonable factors other than age defense the Supreme Court looked at another provision of the ADEA the bona fide occupational qualification defense. Even if the employment action is otherwise prohibited by the ADEA. The Supreme Court ruled that if an employer seeks to rely on that defense. In other words the ADEA permits employers to discriminate based on age considering age is legitimately necessary under the circumstances. In Meacham Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory was planning to lay off a number of employees.

Wildlife Figurines are being sought after by a large cross section of society and one has to wonder what makes collecting wildlife figurines such a popular past time. It could be assumed that people feel a sense of emptiness when they think of how quickly the habitat of the Earths wildlife is diminishing, or they feel in awe of an animal or birds unique presence in the wild. Either way they feel an attachment and decide to surround themselves with wildlife figurines, art, sculptures, decor and so on. So if this is the case, then how does one choose the animal? Well I believe in most cases they don’t, the animal chooses them.

It’s obvious to me that the material used to make a wildlife figurine does not seem to matter as much as the actual animal itself. When people come to our site searching for wildlife figurines, rarely do they search for the form or material along with the animal, and I think it’s because people are what they collect.

Eagles display authority in the air, and are seen this way, so a collector of eagle figurines may have a deep sense of gratitude towards authority or be an authoritarian themselves. The eagle is also known as the American eagle in North America and so a collector of American eagle figurines may feel a deep sense of patriotism.

A Dolphin has intellect and some people will see them this way, along with a sense of playfulness and willingness to swim with people. Collectors of dolphin figurines may themselves be playful or easy to get along with or admire intelligence.

Elephants display a strong desire to stay within their groups and have a strong family sense. They also mourn their losses, so a collector of elephant figurines may see family as their biggest priority in life and admire the elephant for doing the same.

The animal kingdom and it’s constituents display a large variety of characteristics, some unique, some shared, and some beyond civilized human capabilities, yet a collector of wildlife figurines should always be able to connect to something that gives them inspiration, harmony and a sense of self purpose.

Lion figurines, Giraffe figurines, Swan figurines, Wolf figurines, Owl and Moose figurines and are some of the other more popular wildlife figurines available at Wild Figurines, but we also sell bear figurines, horse figurines, duck figurines, tiger figurines and so on. The number of available animals, birds and sea creatures is at 66 and growing so there is bound to be an animal to suit everyone’s inspirational and spiritual needs.
